Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please read this page before enrolling in Soul Pattern Healing™. By completing payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Refunds

All purchases of Soul Pattern Healing™ are final. JoveHeal does not generally provide refunds, exchanges or credits. Online course content, digital products and downloadable materials are non-refundable once access has been provided.

In rare cases involving extenuating circumstances, JoveHeal may consider a refund request individually. Any decision remains solely at JoveHeal's discretion and does not create a general entitlement to a refund.

Cancellation by you

If you choose to cancel your enrolment after payment, the course fee is non-refundable, in line with the refund terms above.

Rescheduling

In specific unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, JoveHeal may allow you to reschedule, subject to availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and remains at JoveHeal's sole discretion.

Cancellation by JoveHeal

If JoveHeal cancels Soul Pattern Healing™ or a scheduled event within it, you may be offered the chance to reschedule, receive a credit toward a future service or, in certain circumstances, receive a refund. The options available to you will be communicated directly.

Technical issues and service failures

Technical issues or service failures must be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase. JoveHeal will assess the issue and decide whether corrective action is appropriate. This 48-hour period is a reporting deadline only. It is not a refund window or a money-back guarantee.

Making a request or raising a concern

To request rescheduling, report an issue or raise a concern, email [email protected] with your name, "Soul Pattern Healing™" and the details. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can make a formal complaint by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." We will acknowledge your complaint within three business days and aim to give you a written outcome within ten business days. Making a complaint does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Nothing in this policy removes or restricts any legal right you may have under applicable law.
